Offline | Dynamat Experience??? I'm about to make the plunge and order a magnaflow exhaust system. The only consistent complaint I've heard is the noise. My research indicates that the Dynamat people make a product (Dynamat Extreme) that they say easily and cheaply addresses this problem. Anyone out there have any experience with this or other fixes??? ![]() '02 EB/W MCS w/Sport pkg, Rogue intake, Helix 15% pulley, Magnecor wires, Bosch platinums, Magnaflow exhaust, Exel white wheels. |

Offline | I have used the normal dynamat previously when the boot on my car used to rattle due to a sub, stick a little of this stuff on and it absorbs all the rattle and tinnyness out of metal. If this product is anything to go by then it should work well. |

Offline | Re: Dynamat Experience??? There are several threads on this. Try a search for Magnaflow in the performance section. I tried the "Loudroneaflow" exhaust. 3 layers of Dynamat in the hatch, boot floor, and under the rear seat will NOT do a thing for the bassy noise. However, once you change to a "nonloudroneaflow" exhaust as I have, the stereo sounds great. Bluesmaster |
