Question Just the pulley modification?

Hi,
I'm leaving in France and I would like to know if anybody here could recommend me a serious dealer that could install me a new pulley....do I have to go to UK? Germany? Belgium? ....I decided to do the modification but I would like a reliable dealer that already know the manipulation, so I will just have to buy the pulley.....
