Does anyone have experience with mini-mania's pully remover? It appears to remove the need for the messy dissassembly of the engine by splitting the original pully. Any advise would be appreciated.

Sorry, not the response you were looking for but seems like a good idea to me. Also you can get a partial refund after using it...it's quite expensive to use once and keep.

I can't believe that no one has any knowledge about this. Even at Mini cooper online. Is this really a mystery?
