Offline | I have the Magnaflow on our S. I beleive it gives the most BHP, but at the same time its LOUD!! But i wouldn't swap it for any other exhaust. When you go down the street and put your foot down people turn and stare expecting something else than a Cooper S comming up the rd. Cooper S : Dark silver, white roof |

| MINI2 Senior | All of the exhausts you mention are good quality, and no doubt Quicksilver (same mnfr. as the much lauded Miltek/London Stainless exhaust manifold) is probably best. BUT that doesn't make the Magnaflow or Supersprint sub-par. They are both well made. Materials & fit of the Magnaflow are top notch - as is mnfr. process. I Don't personally have experience with the Supersprint, but you won't find anyone complain about its quality either. ...Just arguments about power, sound or cost. All of this said, the current king of fit/finish, quality & torque is the UCC MCS system. It costs a pretty penny tho. |

Offline | I'm going with the UUC. Torque is most important to me (versus horsepower, that is). The UUC has a few more torque than the magnaflow and gives more mid-range power. I saw and heard the UUC in person at an autocross this past weekend. It's beautiful (unlike the magnaflow) and it's got a great sound. It isn't TOO loud until you floor it. Then it's loud but that's when it's supposed to be loud. The only negative is the price but since the GIAC chip isn't quite ready yet, I'm gonna go for the best exhaust (UUC) and then save up for GIAC/Helix chip. ![]() DS/W MCS |

Offline | Andy, Can you let us know how the "one-ball" attempt goes ? What a great low buck way to free up the exhaust a bit. Specifically, where does it land on the loudness scale (ie is it between Borla and Magnaflow, about the same as Borla, or about the same as....) ? Thanks, Dave Guard '04 MCS IB/W due the week of Oct 20th.... |

Offline | After seeing the clips from UUC, I am knida hooked. It seems like a very good system. However, the price is a bit too high, it would be prefect if a group buy appear ![]() |

Offline | I have the Quicksilver;I couldn't take the noise from the Magnaflow,in fact the Qs ia a bit loud for my ears. The weight, quality, tip design, and power made my decision |
