| MINI2 Newbie | I'm curious if the CVT can handle 280 BHP? If not, how could I modify the CVT to support this amount of BHP? In addition, how much BHP can the CVT support? Wing |

| Test thread infiltrator | I wouldn't expect much of the standard transmission to handle that! Although with the kind of money you'd spend getting 280bhp, you could probably afford a nice quaiffe racing gearbox. I'm sure they'll be knocking something appropriate up at some point... I'm not too clued up on how you could go about replacing the CVT though... it'd be interesting to see if it could be done Dom |
