I search a short gearbox for rallye
I want the mcs not going faster as 190 km/h
Has sombody heard about anything ?

Sorry not sure about your question.
Do you mean a short shifter or do you mean shorter gearing? As in a newly designed tranny/

Obe,
I believe he meant changing the gear ratios

I vaguely remember that Minimania sells a LSD with a higher final drive ratio.

What is a LSD ?

Limited Slip Differential.

I thought Quaife made one with a different final drive ratio. Sorry but I'm not sure about that.
Putting shorter tires on the car is pretty cheap. Just a thought.
