Offline | Milltek Exhaust and Header I've seen a lot of positive posts on another site about the new 3 piece, quik fit Milltek cat-back exhaust, however, I haven't seen anything here on Mini2. Anyone out there got any experience with this? I'm thinking of getting it along with their header, but as always, would like to hear some personal reviews. | MINI 2 OLD BOY | Thanks for that Mo , 10/10 for your homework! Apparently Milltek had a few complaints about the old system being literally as Mo said , an air fix kit. The have now come out with the new 3 piece jobby as you see in the above picture , i can confirm its a fantastic bit of kit , the sound is lovley too , best thing is its not boomy at all , doing 90 on a motorway u wud just assume u have the stock system on but when u put ur foot down u can tell its there! Lovley. As for performance gains Milltek (i think!) claim and 18hp increase if you decide to go for it. Hope this helps DD GT3 RS Ariel Atom 300 E92 M3 |

| MINI2 Master | Hmmm, I'm still interested to whether or not I can fit a better cat / header to my current JCW exhaust? I would go for the full Miltek, but I don't want to lose the JCW engraved tail pipes. Additionally, I'd only want to upgrade the exhaust if: 1. It sounded a lot better 2. It gave much better performance Any ideas? Lotus Elise SC - Collecting 1st April |
