Offline | Mintex pads & brake sensors I just purchased a set of Mintex red box pads for my '04 MCS. However, as soon as I removed the wheel and began inspecting the brakes, I realized that the car is equipped w/ brake pad sensor wires while my new brake pads do not. Do I need to return these or try to resell them to someone that doesn't have the brake sensors on their car? Can I simply zip tie the pad wires out of the way without setting off the "idiot" light on the dash? Are the wires only for the warning light? Thanks in advance. |
