Center exit exhaust on Cooper

Alright heres one for you guys.

I have an 02' Cooper, with the standard side exit exhaust, I just debadged my car, and now it needs a center exit exhaust (for symmetry) So do I just buy an exhaust for an "S" and hang it in place, (sans spare of course) or what? And yes I realize the bumper is different for the exhaust cutout, I already have plans in the works for this problem. Advise away, I always look to the board for my projects!

cheers, jason

Have you (for symmetry) considered a system with left and right tail pipes?

I have seen several manufacturers with such systems. For example, the Remus system: http://www.remus-racing.com/product....lectDtlID=1334

Good luck with your choice.

left and right

Yes I have, but the added weight, plus the kinda cluttered look, I do not like. But thanks for the link.

There is actually not much weight difference, as the Remus system only uses one muffler in total and the second pipe is only a pipe.

Anyway, good luck.
