FYI : Pulley diameters

I just got a chance to install a 19% pulley on a 2003 build JCW. The stock & 15% pulley size is from a previous post, don't know who measured the size, but its seems correct.

Stock 2.585"
JCW 2.285" 11.61% reduction
15% 2.200" 14.89% reduction
19% 2.070" 19.92% reduction

The measurements of the JCW & 19% pulleys was done at O.D. of the "V". It was measured on all ribs to be the same.

Funny how the JCW is rated at 200hp while actually using only a 11.6% reduction. Maybe there is something to the efficency of the coating on the supercharger, maybe its all in the ecu and exhaust. Definately a point up for debate. I will be very interested in how this car performs in the next couple of weeks.

Regards,
Boris

Hmmm... will be interested to see what kind of performance numbers you'll be putting up with that new pulley on the JCW.
