| MINI2 Regular | Help with an Air Filter Hi, I'm considering a new air filter for you Cooper, but was unsure which one. I was looking at the PiperCross Viper induction kit and the JCM Cone Open Air Filter. I was wondering whether anyone out there had any experience with either or both of these parts and which was the better? If not then one that you would recommend? Cheers |

Offline | I have a Viper on mine and it seems ok to me ![]() I'd say it defo feels quicker at higher revs and throttle response is crisper! u can run with or with-out the ram pipe on upto u...I run mine with it off for the lovely noise it makes ![]() yup i'd recommend it ![]() when u say JCM do you mean JCW?? if u do my mate has one of them and I can tell you about that too![]() |

| MINI2 Regular | Yeah its the JCW parts, but they are designed for their Motor Sport use, so the real name is JCM (John Copper Motorsport). But its basically the same thing. It look like this actuallyhttp://www.johncooper.co.uk/JohnCoop...e+Tuning+Kits/ Its the cone air filter. Is that the one he has? If so which would you say is better, not that there is a best, but you know what I mean Cheers |
