did anyone order anything from Out Motoring (http://outmotoring.com/) before? can they be trusted? i sent them e-mail a month ago, and never get any reply....

Yeah they are ok-I ordered a BMP/Pro MINI Intake for my S-Had live order tracking and everythng and Recieved the goods within a week and I'm in the UK.

Sure, I ordered a chrome grille for my MCS and OEM driving lights. I got them almost immediately. I will say that they had the wrong install instructions posted on their website (the instructions were for an older kit), and I had to track the right ones down and send them to them for posting. It has messed up my install -- I will have to go back to complete the job (the lights are mounted but not wired). But they were very apologetic when I pointed out the error, and responded to my emails immediately...

Give 'em another try.

I've ordered a few items from them. All arrived quickly. Only problem encountered was with my Alta 22mm sway bar. It arrived missing the clamps needed for a correct install. They responded to my problem immediately and the missing parts arrived directly from Alta via FedEx Express Overnight Delivery (which took 7 days).

Aaron and Andrea were also kind enough to donate one of their new center armrests as a doorprize for MINIs On Top 2004.

sorry that you did not get a reply from us...we reply to every email within 24-36 hours or recieving it. The only way we did not get a reply out to you is if it never got to us or your email server is denying our replies. Many email servers like AOL and others have strong Spam walls that don't let many emails in.

Try again, and check with your ISP to make sure that you don't have our domain on your block list.

Aaron is the beans... helluva nice guy. Ordered many items. A real gent. Goes the extra mile to please. As a matter of policy he didn't initally send parts through the US post system to military addresses overseas. Now that he does, he gets all my business, and stands behind his products. He even went through the pain of repacking a Borla exhaust for me, and sending through mail... rather than have UPS/FEDEX drop ship from Borla. If I ever get back to the states and pass through Ohio, I hope to stop and shake his hand.
