United-Kingdom LTB or cam ????

hi guys

still wanting to know which is the more benificial route ?

larger throttle body or cam.

has anyone done either ??

if so,which cam and how much duration ? i am looking to get at least a 268' of lift.
i am not going to do exhaust or head work.

I was told the benefits of cams without head work does not produce much (from forums not the guy I bought them from) so in that case I would go with the TB...but I'm not sure you'll notice much of a change.
I thought I did, but I also did a bunch of other things at the same time so I'm not sure where the gains came from

Well just sharing my limited (***-all ) knowledge with you.

I've heard that changing the TB does not make much of a difference - 5-10BHP... at the flywheel which would only be about 3BHP at the wheels.

And cam wise I dont think it makes much difference unless you have it in conjunction with cyclinder head work. The other thing with a cam is the sacrificing of pull at the lower rev range for that at higher revs so unless you take it to high revs consistenty everyday won't see much of an improvement

If you get it done and it prooves me wrong let me know
