Question Milltek Exhaust manifold

Got my Milltek exhaust manifold today, how easy is it to fit? as it looks pretty close to the bulk head, any hints would be great fully received

Hi Graham,
I had mine fitted at Milltek and they had problems!! It is very tights for space!!

Graham,

I watched while mine was put on. It's not too bad. With the car on the ground, you have to take off the heat shield from the engine bay, and loosen the 8 bolts that hold the stock header to the head. Then raise the car and remove the O2 sensors and the 2 bolts that connect to the mid-pipe. You can slide the header out carefully. Installation is just the reverse. It helps to start in the morning when the car is cold.

You have to take the heat sheild off from around where it rises up to the manifold, it is held on by screws .I took off just one side and it went in with a push.
