Offline | i e-mail them and ask if their exgaust can fit for a 2005 MCS or not. here's the reply.... "..... We will not be changing the entire system for the 05 model. Instead the inner hanger will be provided for on both early and late models. (Look for an update to our website in the next several weeks.)....." i will get one for sure later this year. ![]() 2005 Mini Cooper S Hyber Blue |

Offline | Personally, i don't see any point to have a dual-muffler exhaust for a car under 300hp.(besides making the car run quiet) so i will go for Alta for sure! (plus it is lighter too) 2005 Mini Cooper S Hyber Blue |

Offline | I agree about the weight issue. After conducting some research, I have heard two things to look out for: 1) the way the exhaust is designed, the majority of the exhaust exits the left tailpipe (due to the normal flow through the exhaust) and will this discolor the left tip more than the right one? 2) I have read somewhere that the exhaust is a "little off" with the way it sits b/c it is a single exhaust, (it does not have the other side to counter balance it) so it lays a little off center under the rear bumper. ![]() |
