Question MC Milltek Exhaust

Is torque improved after installation, or is all of the power in the upper range? There are not many MINI Cooper owners in the U.S. with the Milltek system and I would like to pose this question to those of you across the pond that are more familiar with it. I couldn't find any numbers/specs on the Milltek site. I am interested in the catback, not the full system (cat/header).

I understand that the Milltek is rather quiet, but as long as it has a deeper, sportier note I will be happy with it. I was not able to find a sound clip of the exhaust for the Cooper, but I did find a clip of the system for the S (with a comparison vs. stock) and really like the change. Is the Cooper very similar?

All feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure whether this is relevant to the MINI, but I installed a Milltek catback on my Audi S4 (twin turbo) and I definitely noticed a loss of low-range torque. ......certainly increased the pulling power at the upper-end though

coz the catback comes with a 3" piping on the S4, hence the loss of low end power in oppose to the 2.75" on the OEM one (i think thats the measurement) I have milltek on my RS4, S3, and now ordered for the Cooper S. I have to say their product is one of the best

Defiantely frees up the rev!@!!
