Any of you guys fitted one ?

Is it a hard job to do ?

Were you pleased with the results ?

What are the estimated performance gains ?

yeah i fitted mine, easy enough job to put it on and take it off, but give urself time to do it
i thought there was a definite gain in high revs but not sure about actual figures, i would recommend it tho, i now have the 210 jcw upgrade which is better but expensive!
