Promini Brake kit stage 2 installed

Hi motorers,

I ordered a Promini brake kit stage 2 from... Promini at the end of November...

After some confusions concerning the shipping, I've finally received my kit yesterday and I got it installed this afternoon.

First impression, the kit is very high quality. Discs are very well done and brake lines are from Stoptech, so quality is not an issue. Mintex pads are awesome. No noise, and brakes very well. Promini has made a really good job of gathering good parts together and build a stage kit with them.

I've done 100 miles with them and I can feel the difference! Mintex brake pads are really good and they don't seem to be as dusty as OEM ones...

Christine, from Promini, has done a little mistake on shipping the kit to Canada instead of Miami but she corrected this by reshipping the whole kit to Miami as soon as she got it back. And to make sure I will still be a Promini customer, she made sure that I would not pay shipping... Great way to hold me as a customer!!!

I'm very happy with the kit and I recommand it to anyone having to change their brake soon!

Promini rocks!!!

Good to hear that. How much did you pay for it? And how big are the rotors?

Enjoy your brakes~

Promini link

Personally I'd rather they were slotted rotors

The discs are the same size as stocks ones.

It really working great... Today, we got heavy rain and it did a really great job.

As for slotted or cross-drilled discs, I've had both on my Subaru Impreza and I didn't see any difference at all between these two...

That's great! I'm afraid to drive in the rain because I'm using the KUMO tires, which will take miles to stop in wet road.
