Offline | Supersprint header + custom straight pipe installed I was reading SMG's post before i went to my garage to work on it. Removing the header's bolts are WAY much easier than the headers I did on my m3. i cut the cat off and welded on a straight pipe (kept the stock O2 sensor hole) The installation wasnt that bad at all. Its always fun to cut and weld (not as much doing for friends , tho) Test drive- I never never never expected the power gain could be so noticeable from the header. after i installed promini's 19% pulley, I lost top end. SS header smooths out the top end SO much more! it made my 19% pulley perfect! i cant wait to get the superchip done this week! 04 Fully loaded |

Offline | catless should performance better than with cat because no air restriction . thats why race cars don't have cat. and i never have to worry about replacing a new cat when it wears out. the gas smells is heavy sometimes but i am used to it because all my cars are catless. for example.. this is my RX7 i just built. you can't do this with a cat. i have video if anyone wanna see it, too. 04 Fully loaded |
