I havent, im waiting for the AMD kit to be introduced, i belive its being tested in the UK at the moment, apparantly they have got 260 BHP out of the Cooper with upgraded filter and exhaust, and chip, without changing Cylinder head or Gearbox.

but i was reading about another Turbo kit for the Mini, where they had to change the gearbox to a D and an S cylinder head becuase of the extra torque.

Speak to AMD and see how their kit is coming along.

I think i would be happier investing the money in a JCW S though, just becuase of warranty issues, i dont want my engine going pop, and then having to fit a rebuild bill.

The only reason i suggest the AMD over this, is becuase of testing.

not a bad kit.... no intercooler on it though... plus the GT20 is pretty small. A GT25 or TD04H-19T Mitsubishi turbo with and intercooler would be a sweeter option.
