induction kit = no warrenty?

hi,

looks like you are happy about your induction kit. but a large question that arise from the aftermarket adding to a mini, is that what affects does it has on the warrenty?

have you had problems with bmw and the warrenty factor?

have you cross checked it with bmw before? and what was their response?

also with out sounding stupid, what exactly does an induction kit do? any obvious results?

also how much? and where from? and was it on a Cooper or can it be done on a One?

thanks

No problems with the warranty yet...I've had an airbag replaced and had it serviced since fitting the kit

Didn't ask BMW/MINI dealer beforehand but they don't seem to mind

The kit lets the car breathe better..meaning a better air/fuel ratio(could be wrong), it also sounds a lot nicer

The Pipercross kit is available for a Cooper or a One
Reccomended retail price is £85 pounds but I believe Zooooom does them for £65
