Offline | I had my Hartge kit for over 2 years loads of fun, enjoyed every mile of it and not a bit of trouble but now I have moved on somewhere else and I hope my new adventure is as good and reliable as my last, so if that is anything to go on then I hope it helps.... |

Offline | The GTT210 costs £595+vat fitted, and also includes GTT Idler pulley , Colder Iridium Sparkplugs, and optimised bypass valve. AFAIK none of the others include these items ,and cost considerably more. Check out the website. Regards Roland Gt Tuning ![]() |

| MINI2 Senior | I had an AMD One Click Chip and a 15% pulley, which I installed myself, this gave me 191 bhp!. I then decided to take my MSC to West Tuning, Ray West re-mapped the car, and made some other adjustments, and came away with 214.5bhp. West Tuning were one of the first companies to tune these cars, Ray had to do the hard work and work out what size pulley to use and what adjustment to make to the software, other companies have just tried to copy. When I was with Ray a couple of weeks ago he was just starting some software work for a major car company, the car he had was the only one made. I’ll say no more on that subject. ![]() Graham ![]() Last edited by GRSmotorsport : Mar 9th, 2005 at 05:15 PM. |

Offline | West Tuning have just done a conversion on my car and I am absolutely over the moon, a very professional company indeed with some fantastic results , I was almost certain that nobody could better the service I got at Birds (Hartge) but I can assure you they have, a big thankyou to Ray at West Tuning.... |

Offline | Whenever I see Roland post and his price i get all dreamy Shame my car is a work horse ( Sorry Company Car Replacement) set to do 80k in the next 3 years so I need every bit of my TLC & XL. Thinking about it though, perhaps the improved MPG would cover the price of the fitment over the next 3 years so may be worth doing..... Got me thinking |

| 8/10 on the Stoogometer | the best part of the deal isn't the sparks or idler pulley(as its quite easy to do sparks, and the idler pulley is good for reliability and belt life), the real seller, for me at least, is the optimized bypass valve. I had a crack at doing this myself, and when you take a look at most bypass valves, they always have leaks....mine certainly did...it wasn't huge, but it was there. It wasn't an easy job for me (first time working on an engine for me), and didn't yield a huge gain, but at least i know that it's as good as it can be now. IMO it's that sort of attention to detail that makes roland's work/kits so popular, he perfects every car he works on. If i live in the UK and wanted someone else to work on my car (which i don't ) i'd go straight to GT TuningBlack MCS |

Offline | Hey Roland, £595+VAT for your GTT210 is great value, but your website says its £695+VAT. Have all your web prices on fitted kits been reduced by £100 or is this MINI2 members discount? (Lives in Hope!!) ![]() ![]() |

Offline | I've done 10000 miles on a full spec Mini from Roland now and can't praise his work highly enough. The fact his prices are lower than the rest just add to package. But don't ever thing cheaper means lower quality or less care. Rolands kits are the very best quality out there! |
