United-Kingdom strut brace torque setting please ?

installed a strut brace on the front of my cooper s but what is the correct torque setting for the nuts ?

just make em tight basically.........i know thats not actually much use but I've had mine off loadsa times and just tighten them back up tight with no problems at all

ive tightened them i think the torque figure is 30 lb/ft cos i fear shearing them if i guess and keep on tightening ,ive got a heavy hand

34 Nm is the correct torque and oh BTW...yer supposed to NOT re-use the nuts......
