Same as my last question, is there anywhere i can find the Diff ratios for the Mini One, and Cooper? Ive used the search facility but cant seem t find anything.

IIRC, the differential ratios prior to 07/2004 were:

Cooper = 3.94
One = 3.556

I've never seen the differential ratios used for the new 5-speed Getrag transmissions
