What is the difference? If I put one, am I gonna get any hp?

you might be safer to go get your HP before fitting the head, as the car might not work aftwards

im pretty sure the heads are the same on cooper and cooper s, don't waste your time changing for no reason. would be better geting big valves and ported and polished instead. There are lots of companies doing this but am told BBR do the most thorough job although they are one of the most expensive. I chose Minisport and it gave me about 15HP but it caused engine problems (which of course they denied responsibility for) within 1 week of fitting it and a pipercross cam. Give BBR a try.
