Offline | *** Brembo Brakes On 05' Cooper/s *** Hi I have just recently purchased a Brembo big brake kit with the 330mm bell mounted discs. I came to have them fitted, but when the garage was fitting them they realised that the disc when fitted rubbed on the bottom part of the hub, only by about half a mm!!! (the hubs are a new design for all 05 minis). So basically im asking if anyone on here has fitted the Brembo big brake kit to a new model mini, and what was reqired to make it fit??? I think that other than putting the old style hubs onto the car that the only way to make it fit would be to have the caliper mount and bell re-designed to space both out from the hub, which is going to cost a few quid! Any info and/or suggestions would be welcomed! Cheers JonnyC ![]() ![]() |
