Have booked tunnel crossing Thurs 5th 07.58, and Hotel Ibis Rothrist Olten for Thurs night

Went for the earlier crossing so as to have more time finding hotel when I get lost.

All this and I don't even have my MINI yet

We are now ready to go to the IMM2003...

We have booked hotels, men is preparing the way to go to the pre-meeting in Switserland.

Now we have to pay the admission fees at the IMM. The prize is 70€/pers and it includes: Saturday night diner, Sunday morning Breakfast, place for Camping.
It seems we'll not need the Sunday Morning Breakfast because w'll be at the hôtel, although for the Camping. Shall we ask for a discount?

The admission fees must be paid before the end of March, individually and online preferaly.

Didn't you mention that you could subscribe us all under the name of club nouvelle mini?
And that clubs don't have to let their members subscribe manually but can do it all at once???

You are right Morty, I read it, but it means that every participants should pay the club before the club pays the organisation of the IMM2003. There is no difference in the prize. I guess, it will be much more convinient for the participants to pay directly on the website of the IMM2003, because there is an online payement via credit card.

On the other side, I'd really like to tell the organisation of the IMM2003, that "Mixed Mini Club" and "Club-Nouvelle-MINI" are joining Italïe togheter, I mean: 2 Clubs for 1 organisation.

We should make One Logo for the 2 clubs, and prepare some stickers to put on our cars, and somes big panels to put on the roof of the hotels in Switserland and in Italie... A kind of "Welcome New-Mini-Mixed-Club!", also Flags,Flashlights, Fireworks,... (I'm dreaming
