100% Design, breakfast with MINI

Al mini.nl members of 'So MINI' have received an invitation to visit the Dutch 100% Design event from MINI Netherlands on June 17th. MINI associates itself with design through this event where designer present their new furniture collection. The location itself is very nice, being the old Van Nelle chocolate factory build from 1926 to 1931.

For 25 euros MINI drivers get a designated parking spot at the factory, breakfast, some MINI goodies and a short tour through the exhibition before other visitors enter the exhibition.

I applied for two tickets, we'll see how it turns out, I'll keep you al posted

I can be short. I expected a lot more from MINI Netherlands. They promised us some nice MINI goodies in the first invitation letter. But no goodies at all. It was just a 25 euro breakfast of one hour, a speech of 5 min and a very short tour or 20 min over the Design Event to four highlights. I'll think again before applying to something of MINI Netherlands in the future.
MINI Belgium did a much better job with their MINI @ Zolder in 2005!!

That's a shame But our main dealer, BMW Group Stockholm, is taking us to see Depeche Mode on 7th July. All paid for I'll let you know how it goes.
