Anyone interested in joining a trip to Maranello towards the end of May 2003.

Tour will be starting from Devon, and heading for Strasburg, From here we will then follow the Autobahn down to Bern, Swizterland. From here the cross into Italy will take in some of the greatest passes through Alps. The tour shall continue onto Maranello for a visit to Ferrari. The following day will see a journey to Monaco for a spin around the grand prix circuit, and then beginning the final leg of the trip via Geneva, through France, back to Devon.

At the moment there are a couple of Mini Coopers confirmed for this, others will be welcomed. The more the merrier.

Anybody else considering a trip to Italy, or if you arent able to make the Italian Job run this year, reply to this message requesting my email for more information.

Hi Stu and welcome.

Your trip sounds fantastic and I'd certainly be up for it if I wasn't going on the IMM2003 trip.

Check out the thread in this forum (it's got 5 stars you know

). Perhaps you would consider amalgamating your trip with ours as there are striking similarities.

Hello Zedsded,

We have planned this trip to fall in line with our holiday and as we are touring a number of countries, we decided to christen it with the name Mini Gran Tourismo (ergo Mini GT). Although it will follow a similar route this year, we are looking to continue this for various tours throughout europe as the years progress. ALthough the prospect of travelling to IMM2003 sounds extremelly invisting, we have other commitments through the year.

Perhaps IMM2004 may be a possibility, I know that a Mini GT 2004 would be on the cards.

This tour would be ideal for all those who are unable to make IMM2003 this year but would like to join part of a tour this year.

Anybody who is intersted please respond as I am checking the posts on a regular basis.
