Fellow Ringers

The Ring is open for business on Sunday 26th October from 08:30 to 18:30. It is also open on Monday but only in the afternoon

Suggest we follow Bad Mans plan of

Friday 24th October -late morning ferry/chunnel (to allow peeps from up north to get down)

Drive straight down to the Hotel (TBC) - 6Hour drive or there abouts with a couple of stops

Saturday 25th - Head to the Ring and see what Keevan has in store for us.
Back to Hotel for tall tales and tall beers

Sunday 26th - Back to the Ring for a blast in the public sessions

Afternoon - either more Ring time or a mini run around Eifel (praps into Luxembourg)

Monday - Get up late and roll north to meet an 19:00 sailing/train to take us back to the UK. Maybe stop off in hypermaket and stock up with Xmas booze etc?

How does that sound to you guys?

Are we gonna be able to drive the Grand Prix circuit on the Corso?

Is there a race on Saturday and can you get us pit passes?

the GP track is included in the corso aswell as the paddock passes with which you get into the pits...

you just go in the pits.. the VLN is a very family-like racing series so normally all the crews and temas answer all questions and show their cars..

Hi Kevin,

I'm 100% there for the corso! I'll be bringing the "Stars & Stripes" Cooper S if it survives the season. If not, then I'll be bringing my wife's Cooper.

Also, if you hear of another N'ring training day like the one you went to and shaved 20 seconds off your lap time, let me know. I'll drop everything and make my way there!

P.S. Thanks again for the good time at the N'ring earlier this month. The ride in your car was awesome! Plus, the after track activities were fun too. My buddy Randy is still talking about meeting Sabine.

places will be limited to 75 MINIs during the corso ( the ADAC , organizer of the VLN race just informed us).. so i'll hurry to translate the friggin inscription document..
