Consequenses related to Tuning (Belgium)

Anyone from Belgium know what consequenses tuning has for your BIV? I have already payed the BIV (€ 1239,-) for my MCS but am considering a Digi-Tech tuning. Will this require additional taxpayment? How do I even tell the government that I have tuned my car? What if I don't register the tuning? Will the tuning be a problem once I have to bring the car in for the annual check? Will the insurance cover a tuned car without a 'gelijkvormigheids' certificate?
In short, tell me anything you know about the legal implications of tuning for a Belgian car.

I don't think that will add to your BIV... or insurance.
Tuning is not official in Belgium.
A chiptuning or so isn't allowed so that can't be added officially.

What you have to know is that you only can add wheels 1 size bigger then the original. WIndows can be tinted only for 30% and I know they're busy with adding a minimum heigt from the ground for lowering.
An exhaust is allowed only if it has a TUV certificate.

I know that in insurance there's always a little amount for add ons but I don't know for the rest.

Post it on the Belgian forum, maybe people there can help you further.

Greetz,
Morty

I had a tuned honda and went to the technical controle and passed without problems. (lowered, tinted windows and exhaust)

Thanks for the info and advice, Morty. Will post the same question on mini2.be.
The tuning I'm interested in increases hp/torque (pulley reduction, intake and ECU) and BIV is related to hp, so....
Maybe I'll do the exhaust later.
