Would anyone be able to tell me if a rear bumper from a 53 Mini One Diesel would fit an 03 Mini Cooper? I know the black trim has a cut out on the cooper for the exhaust, but it's the coloured part I'm interested in swapping and just wanted to check if the parts were the same size.

Also, have found instructions for removing a bumper for a 2004 spec Cooper - are these suitable guidelinss for the 03 model too?

Any help would be appreciated

It should be fine, the bottom black trim is separate and can be swapped for the Cooper part to clear the exhaust if needed.

The instructions for the 2004 should be fine as there weren't changes to the bumpers until the 2005 model year (July 2004 ish), if they're not exactly right they'll give you enough of an idea to find the fixings
