OK I've searched the forums and galleries and can't find a picture of a MINI with Aero kit bumpers but the standard MCS skirts.

I like the less cutesy, more aggressive look of the Aero kit bumpers compared to my (pre-facelift) Cooper ones but I also really like my curvy colour coded MCS sills whereas the Aero skirts look a bit flat.

I just wondered if the combination would work or would the sills look too high off the ground compared to the bumpers? I would get the Aero kit fully colour coded solid black but if anyone has pics or opinions please let me know!

I think it might look a little weird. I've gone from S side skirts to aero ones, and they are quite a bit lower to the ground than S skirts.

From the side they make the car a bit lower to the ground, so with the lower front and rear bumber the higher side skirt might look a bit odd.

I guess the only way to find out if it looks right would be to do it

I agree. Personally though, I wouldn't do it... the skirts are my favourite part of the Aero kit!
