Thinking if I purchase another Mini of getting it in hyper blue with silver roof, silver bonnet stripes and chrome mirrors.

Anyone made a purchase close to this and if so, can you post a photo or two?

I wonder whether the silver roof will go very well with the hyper blue. As the blue is very vibrant, the silver may looks slightly dirty.

silver roofs dont do much for me.. i think they look cheap!

sorry if any one got on their mini!

i would prefer the stripes going along the bonnet, the roof and down the back of the cr and then the chrome mirriors to finish it off!! and maybe send chrome pollen vents (what ever they are called!!)

I disagree. I think on darker colors, a silver roof looks stunning. But I don't think it will work very well with the lighter HB.

saying that, i think i spoke to soon.. i have a yellow mini and was thinking of getting a silver roof but after picturing it, i dont think it would have worked. on a darker colour min, black especially, suppose it could be very eye catching.

Why not try white bonnet stripes and a white roof, looks very effective from what i've seen!!

You can´t have HB with a silver roof. Only with a white roof. Ask your dealer.

yeah i was going to say didnt think that was possible. as far as i am aware silver roofs are only available on the special edition Cooper Park Lane and Cooper S Checkmate aswell as the forthcoming limited edition Cooper s Works GP Kit.where these are only available in one colour

i may be wrong but pretty sure im not

I did have almost this config, part from the silver roof and it looked cool, silver does go very well with Hyper Blue, for the stripes I would advise NOT to get the BMW as they are matt, got for glittery ones (you can get them from vinyl places). Having said all this, it does look great but I found it looked very similar to loads of other mini's (hence my change

)

I thought you could only get silver roofs and stripes on the new colors -- space blue, that new red, and the new gray. I think that is how they're offering it on MINIUSA's site when you config one.

Nope, you can get silver roof/mirrors in hyperblue; you can configure it that way at MINIUSA. Someone here already has one.
