They've been painted since about week 3 of ownership!

Cool

Looking good...

Have you thought about bonnet and boot stripes? Got a Jack on my roof together with stripes. Designed them myself and then had them cut by a vynil graphics company. The fun bit was putting them on. Sorry about the pic but I haven't seen any sun yet for a decent shot. Still, pleased with the look.

Did you the calipers yourself? Was it hard? Being thinking about that.

I have painted the bottom of the rear exhaust box black. It just stops your eyes being drawn to the exhaust.

Are they the Arry Halford chrome trims around the number plates? I was wondering what they would look like when I saw them the other day.

I have bonnet stripes! Boot stripes? Well the ones like yours wouldn't suit my MINI, on the old cars they used to do boot stripes like the bonnet, but I don't think that would look very good on the new MINI.

Yes they are Halfords chrome trims, becoming quite an essential for the chrome loving new MINI owners!

Caliper painting was really easy, just make sure you get heat proof paint and a small brush, you can do it with the calipers still in place. (wheels off though )

Please post a picture of your painted back box, would be interested in seeing what it looks like!

Gotta get one ordered and made before my car gets here.

Can anyone tell me the actual length and width of the decal??

Need this to scale the design I am going to request from Carvogue.

Thanks Monsta. Guess that means about 41.24 x 68 inches overall.

Yeah, you can unscrew the actual 'mast' and it still works ok with the bit on the screen. Should be alright...
