Brake cooling duct instead of fog lights?

My car didn't come with fog lights and having found out what an expensive PITA it is to install them (assuming I can even get them), it occurred to me that the fog light holes would make a great place for a cooling vent for the front brakes.

Is this uncharted territory?
Dumb?
Waste of time?
Surprisingly complicated and expensive?

Is this uncharted territory? I'd bet some of the MINI race cars already have this feature. For example, you could check with MiniMania to see if they did this on their developmental/race MINI.

Dumb?I dunno. I suppose it could be big waste of time.

Waste of time? I was just saying it could be a big waste of time

Surprisingly complicated and expensive?Well, is that a goal of yours? It could be if you make it so

LOL
It's not a goal, but it's often the result.
Thanks Bruce
