Offline | How much for roof decal/vipers fitting? In the Mini accessories catalogue they're £99 or £115, does that include fitting or is the fitting extra? If it is extra how much does it generally cost to have fitted? I'm thinking about silver vipers or maybe a Union Jack ![]() |

Offline | Fitting is extra and I think (not sure) but dealers charge about £75 an hour and 2 hours to fit possibly. It's best to give your dealer a call to check before any purchase though. |

Offline | For my 2003(new), they charged $500 for the UJ roof. Looking at the website now, it's only $180 for any roof decal. I'm curious since I want to switch from checkerboard back to the Union Jack. |

Offline | I got quoted £350 from my dealer for vipers fitted. Needless to say I told them to go whistle and I'm sure by asking around you will find a cheaper alternative. I've put the idea on hold for the moment. ![]() |

Offline | I was just thinking I fancy doing something to the car and I like the Viper stripes in silver, but I don't like them enough to pay £200+ for them! I might try and get hold of the company that do our vans at work and see if they can do it, as we register about 600 new vans a year I think I might even get a good deal on the price ![]() |

Offline | I reckon you can get the decals dead cheap from anywhere that makes car graphics (there's even some on e-bay) I think it's the fitting that's the hard part - just imagine lining them up getting them exactly right all the way over and no air bubbles arrrrgh ![]() ![]() |

Offline | My bonnet stripes were £99 fitted at the dealers.......that wasnt half as bad as the £300 they quoted for the driving lamps. .....ha ha ....as if £300...madness in the 1st degree. Got em off ebay for £70 and did them myself. Where do they dream their prices up from? They must think of a number and then multiply it by their sisters weight !! Its cheaper to **** up a DIY job the first time and do it again than pay their rates. ![]() It's gotta be yella' |

Offline | we paid £250 at dealer. its probably scare tactic, but dealer mentioned paint warranty and its proper vinyl for job, showed us funny logo on demo car which we now have. I think there is probably some really good people out there, mini pirate always gets good feedback. For us we took safe/easy option. if anything goes wrong, mini warranty is pretty good. As for ebay its a lottery sometimes its good for stuff sometimes its rubbish |

Offline | I think I know who you are talking about, but he wasn't using the bodystyling part of Mstyle he was using the MOT centre bit which I believe is a different company basically. I used the bodystyling bit and they were very good. |
