Anyone got a how-to for removing the front grill, top and bottom bits?

Seen a couple of posts about it but nothing conclusive, aside from the fact that it's a pain in the bum. I'm getting a bit worried about doing it now...

Have a look in the aero grill 'sticky' just above this post, should be something in there, if not you've got something to read for a while

Thanks tnoy66, but those "instructions" didn't help much at all...

Anyone else got a "how to" or something?

to remove, undo screws (for the top) for the bottom one, remove the bumper, then pull the grill out levering the tabs out of their mounting points, not hard, just time consuming...
