Exterior Chrome Pack

We have a year old MCC with exterior chrome pack fitted and some kind sole has reversed into it and punched a hole into the bumber with their tow bar.

I have the opportunity to buy a second hand bumber which does not have the chrome pack fitted, do you know if its possible to transfer the bits over or are they held on with sticky tape.
