So I've been wanting a black and pink MINI for that past 5 years... and finally at the end of August, I got my dream car!!

I was going to wait until I have the windows tinted and the brake calipers painted and then post the "full effect" of Stella_2.0, however I can't wait!!

I admit that when I told people about how my dream car was a MINI, but not only a MINI but a black and pink one, everyone was skeptical. Those same people now say that she looks fantastic, and I couldn't agree more!!

Future aesthetic mods that I'm thinking of include:

-painting the black grill slats to be pink (->would love some input on this...!)
-new wheels, of course! (I'm thinking chrome... I love chrome!)
-painting the brake calipers pink in the spring time when it's time to take the winter tires off
-something with the interior... haven't decided yet
-and some more chrome bits around the exterior such as the boot handle
-window tint!!

Not everyone can say they own their dream car without first going through a midlife crisis... What this means for me is that I have more years and time to spend with her

I like it! Good choice on the shade of pink. The pink wheel calipers will look good in pink.

Not sure what it would look like if you got the slats done as well but you never know until you do it!

Looking very good!

I say stick to chrome and get the rims chromed, it would look the business. The calipers and grill in pink would be too much, not to mention the fact that it will be difficult to keep the calipers really pink after some use.

Don't do the grille slats though, think that will spoil it.......

Thanks!! About how much does it cost to get the S-Lites chromed? Is that even possible? I'd love that look....

Wouldn't be my choice of colours but it looks good.

The pink callipers will look good, will be good to see pics once they've been done. Like wise with the grill, changing the colour of the girl always adds a good contrast.

I must say well done on the attention to detail i noticed in your gallery the pink S's on the side repeaters!
