Think this would look quite nice on the GF's Mini

When i took a look at the dealership, it seems the rear glass differs to standard, but wondered if BMW sell it seperate?

you can buy it with a lot of effort, but you are correct the glass is different so to fit it would be too much work and cost.

You'd be looking at about 2k at least to fit it

better off with the JCW wing spoiler if that the look your after imo GP bit belong on the GP

id also like to get a gp spoiler on my car, but ive enquired and apparently its not possible even if you were able to get the part. looks mint i think.
