Offline | Is auto lights with Xenons wise I have Xenons and auto lights on On my R56 MCS. However, we have the same thing on our 2005 Range Rover and one of the headlights has just failed and the dealer says both need replacing as the igniters are faulty. They could be just be bad units but my concern is that with auto lights on the headlights go on every time the car comes out of the garage even if they are not needed afterwards. Is this constant switching on and off likely to shorten the life of my R56 Xenons. I would rather not find out after the end of the warranty period. Any views?
