I have a Liquid Yellow 2005 MCS with a white roof and sunroof. A year ago, I had a black and white checkered sunroof decal that looked really good (see photo), but had to remove it because of wear and tear.

I've recently purchased an entire roof wrap (black and white checkers with perforated sunroof).

I was told by someone that it will make my beautiful little car look cheesy and taxi cab-ish. I think it will look really good, but would love some feedback from you. So, please give me your honest opinion. Cheesy or cool???

I supplied one virtually identical to how yours will look last Summer and everyone that saw it loved it.

cheesy is not always bad as you can pull off cheese with a mini imo. But I don't really like the look of that one, no offence. I think it would look better if it was over the whole roof maybe?

I like the checkered look myself. I have a friend with a LY/W Cooper like mine, who now has checkered mirror caps, and side graphics. Can't remember if he has a checkered roof decal or not, now that I think of it.

A friend of mine says it looks like a tacky Tijuana taxicab. I don't care. I love it. I wish I could wrap my arms around my car to give it a hug.

hey mister... do you mind me asking how much you paid to get that done and where you got it done? i'm down here in san diego, and i've been trying to find someone to do the exact same thing like yours.

also... do you have a picture of what the roof looks from the inside of your car? i want to see how much you could see out of your preforated roof... THANKS!!!
