Offline | Cost will be way too high, the Spoiler alone costs well over a grand. Then there are a whole host of parts you need to change to get it to fit. Go for the JCW spoiler it'll be a better bet. ![]() Global Moderator ![]() |

Offline | I (personally) dont think it would go with the style of the car either. The GP is a bit different as it has the rest of the bodykit to go with it. But if its what you want, thats cool ![]() |

Offline | there is a company in Japan that does a replica GP spoiler that doesn't require a new boot and glass, but its stupidly priced ![]() there are other threads on this subject too, with all the prices in and the links, if you search for like you should have done before starting another thread, then you will know all you need to know ![]() The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive? ![]() |

| GP 06 MCS 0380 | There's two mini's locally that have S bonnets and ones a one the other a cooper. As they both have the standard cooper and one bumpers and grills and exhausts. Looks wrong, bonnet goes with the bumpers imo. Oh and theres a red mini locally ,aint seen it in a while, that I though was an S, looked sweet and thought stunning car, till I walked round the front of it and it had no bonnet scoop, lol! Had the correct badging bumpers everything. Trying to pass it off as a Cooper S just aint cool, lol. If its for looks I have to say the Cooper/one bonnet has nicer lines than the S so why do it? Just glad I got DS and not EB as it was a Cooper S only colour at that stage. At least you cant get a DS fake! I dont mind people emulating greatness, I just hate people thinking my cars slow as these copycats! ![]() |

| GP 06 MCS 0380 | And dont get me wrong, i dont mind Cooper S bumpers on a one, or the side skirts or centre exit exhaust (those are styling cues) but the bonnet only look just bugs me, and trying to pass it off as a Cooper S with the badging and side indictaor vents is the ultimate sin! As for the R56 S scoop, they had to do something to distiguise the models or the situation would be worse! ![]() |
