Just bought a new aero front bumper from my local dealer and they've supplied the whole thing primed!

I want to keep my black rub strips but don't know what to do, can the primer be removed to bring back the rub strips or do I have any come back with the dealer?

By rub strips do you mean the wheelarch edges? If so then they are actually painted with a textured paint to make them match the rest of the wheelarch trims, so the bumper you've been supplied is correct

Oh right, thanks, will most body shops be able to get hold of the textured paint?
