Angry Rear Md flaps

I recently fitted a set of Rear Mudflaps to my Cooper.
I can't get them to fit properly.
The doulble sided tape keeps coming away leaving a gap along the top edge.
Has anyone had similar problems ?
What is the fix ?

I used to have the mudflaps on my car but I took the rear set off because I realised I preferred the look without them.

Anyway, I fitted them myself and didn't have the problems you are describing.

I think the double sided tape part isn't meant to be strong but just to give a little adhesion to the existing trim.

As for a fix, get some strong double sided tape from your local hardware store

Talking Cost of Mudflaps

£21.57 for front and rears.
I have decided how to improve the fit.
More and stronger double sided tape and fit the screws to the wheel arch after sticking to the bumper.
A bit more fidely but will achieve a better fit.
A pity you are an Arsenal fan, the title is only on loan, normal Man U servise will be resumed this season.
Cheers
