Offline | got a question for everyone with spotlights just wondering if your spotlights make a loud rattling noise when the engine is on? ive got some wipacs and they are doing this, it kind of takes the coolness away from th car and makes it sound like the engine is dodgy, im still yet to wire them up could this be why or will that make no difference at all? |

Offline | My spot brackets are secured at two points. The first being self tapping screwed into bottom of grill and the second is a plate positioned into a hole about 4 inches up on the underneath of bonnet then bolted onto bracket. I fitted them and all seemed good but on first run out the one spot came loose and all that had happened was the plate up under bonnet had vibrated out of position. Once i resecured this they have been fine so just recheck all fixings. |

Offline | I was thinking of fitting mini spots to my cooper but have read a few posts saying that they vibrate and the beam can be seen vibrating. In my opinion this is not acceptable so I will not fit the spots and will probably upgrade the headlight bulbs. |

Offline | Ive got Hella Comet spots and now they are fixed properly the beam does not vibrate. I have also got uprated bulbs which are great but no comparision against the spots so dont dismiss fitting spots! |

Offline | light ratle look at the spot light unit it's self. could be lose fit on the glass, or the reflector inside lens, . also if you rev the car slightly does it stop? if so this could be the frequency of sound |
