Thanks for your comments. The kit is the Lohen grille, basically top half is the same in the aero kit, the bottom half is modified by Lohen to fit the same template as the chrome. Apparently it is easy to fit and there are numerous guides on here on how to do it. I tried scratched my head a few times and gave up , so my local garage did it. I bought the grille second hand from a member on mini2. No I am not goinig to put the fogs back on personally I dont like them, already sold them as well.

Cheers
Nick

when you say fogs, do you mean spots, according to your pic the fogs are still built in.

I'm sorry, am i missing the point or are trying to be funny or do you know people who use their fog lights during normal darkness conditions, while not illuminating any more of the road ahead, they only continue blinding the drivers coming towards them.

So please big kev, stop sucking melons and enlighten me

Hi Hettie,

Unfortunately I am useless when it comes to things like this, so I got my local garage to fit it for me. Aparently it is easy to to change the lower section, you will have to remove the bumper - 8 screws I think and apparently it just pushes out and you simply click the replacement lower section in. There are guides on here on how to do it.

I have the lower chrome section gathering dust now, so if you want to make me an offer then feel free to PM me. I will look at it tonight and give you more info on its condition.

Cheers

Nick

Thanks for the info Nick, have no idea about price! what would you be thinking of? Not sure if its worth the hassle of taking the bumper off!! Cheers :-)

you do not have to take the bumper off.... I fitted these previously on my old One, and changed between the aero grills and the chrome grills from time to time
