Had my ONE for a few months now and am loving everything apart from having slightly less BHP than a Cooper (that'll change soon though )!

Anyway, as much as I like my 8-Spoke alloys there just not...not...sexy enough! Anyone who loves their car will sort of see where I'm coming from (I hope ). You know the feeling when you look at your car or somebody elses and your eyes just fall on the wheels in wonder! Well the 8-spokes just don't do that!

SO I'm starting to seriously consider whether or not I should get some 17'' S-Spokes for my ONE! I'm not a big-fan on alloys from a company other than the one who built your car as I always think a BMW looks better with a nice set of BMW alloys rather than someone elses just like (in my opinion (though there are some NICE alloys out there)) a MINI looks better with MINI Alloys and the S-Spokes, I think, look fantastic!

But 17'' on a ONE!?!? What do you all think? and Has anybody got any reliable dealer prices?

I have got S Spokes on my Mini one. I did have the 16' 5 spokes but after seing a lot of coopers with the 17's I knew it was the only way to go. I got mine quite cheap really. One of my mates got a 's' and put his own alloys on so I brought the rims from him and then brought the tyres. I am in the trade so I got them at trade price. All in all they cost me about £600 which I think is pretty good.
