Offline | MIRROR COVERS-all the same? Hi... Had a little look round the site but couldn't find the info I need...SO... I've just picked up an '02 Cooper and the mirror covers are a bit scuffed up. Can someone tell me if R56 mirror covers will fit? Thanks... ![]() |

Offline | NOPE As far as I know R56 mirror is a different shape. Lots of designs available for your car anyway - so why would you want R 56 mirror caps PS Just noticed that this is your first post Welcome to MINI 2 and the crazy world of MINI mods In Italy Last edited by Snowie : Dec 18th, 2007 at 03:38 PM. | I will let you know ;) | Think you mean outside mirror covers, but I do know for sure on the 2007 (56) models, the inside mirror covers have a slightly different specification collaborating with either the functionality of automatic dip at night, or not. Otherwise, do not confess to be a blonde techy ![]() Be Positive And Shine ![]() |

Offline | Thanks for the replies... Just been offered some R56 covers for the price of a couple of beers...DAMN!...looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay out for some new ones. This Mini lark's starting to get expensive. Only had the car for about 3 weeks...New tyre...Kerching!...New remote key...Kerching! (HOW MUCH??????)... But still keep looking out of the window at it...nice little motor!! |

Online | Welcome to MINI2 mate, You can usually find cheaper priced mirror caps on ebay, might even be some in the classifieds on here. Failing that, some companies sell the covers that fit over your existing ones, not brilliant but a cheaper option ![]() Enjoy your Mini & your modding ![]() Cheers John |
